«LEX» Scientific and Research Informational - Analytical Centre was established in 2004.
Scientific and Research Informational-Analytical Center «LEX» is a part of Interdepartmental Working Group concerning performance by the State authorities of Ukraine of obligations within the limits of the Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism.
Centre «LEX» is a associate member World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS) Vienna, Austria.

The logo of Centre «LEX» represents as follows: the radiation danger sign, surrounded by physical barriers of black rectangles with controlled accesses, is placed against the olive background, which is the colour of peace, thus underlining the idea that physical nuclear security assures safe use of nuclear energy; the blue logo background portrays peaceful sky, security of population and clean environment; «Lex» - means the appropriate laws and regulatory provisions placed as basis for the efficient international and national systems of physical nuclear security.
Evaluation of our activities
2006
According to a National Business Rating of Ukraine «Leaders of Ukraine's economy» Center «LEX» took the 4 place in «Productivity» in the industry «Research and development in the field of humanities and social sciences».
The ranking is based on official data of State Statistics Committee of Ukraine. Methods and criteria for rating assessment: the volume of sales, net income, labor productivity (sales volume / number of employees), payroll. In the ranking of involved more than 300 000 Ukrainian enterprises of all ownership forms.
2007
Decision of the Council of Experts of the International Image Program «Leaders of the XXI Century» Center «LEX» was awarded the International Gold Medal quality «Leaders of the XXI Century»
Methodology and assessment criteria: quality products, outstanding business acumen, organizational skills and success in business.
According to the results of the Assembly of Business Circles of Ukraine Center «LEX» became the winner of the All-Ukrainian rating «Best companies of Ukraine».

2008
According to the results of the Council of Experts of the International Image Program «Leaders of the XXI Century» Center «LEX» became the winner of the All-Ukrainian rating «Best companies of Ukraine».
Methodology and criteria of rating: profitability, dynamics of development, the proportion of enterprises in the economies of the industry in Ukraine.
2009
According to the results of the International League's best economic rating of «Leaders of Ukraine's economy» on the basis of the last 3 years, the Center «LEX» took 5-th place in the ranking of «The dynamics of the enterprise».
These rankings are based on official data of State Statistics Committee of Ukraine. Methods and criteria for rating assessment: quarterly financial statements to be provided by enterprises.
2010
According to the results of the International Economic rated «Best league» Center «LEX» received the status of «Company of the Year».
These rankings are based on official data of State Statistics Committee of Ukraine. Methods and criteria for rating assessment: quarterly financial statements to be provided by enterprises. The rating was attended by more than 350 000 Ukrainian enterprises of all ownership forms.
